These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bridgeindianardh.com (the "Site") and the services of BridgeIndianaRDH ("we," "us," "our"), operated by BridgeIndianaRDH LLC. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What we do
BridgeIndianaRDH provides (a) free informational guidance and roadmaps to help internationally trained dentists pursue dental hygiene licensure in Indiana, (b) optional paid coaching/preparation services, and (c) referral/matching between qualified candidates and hiring dental practices. We are a private service and are not affiliated with any government agency or licensing board.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will obtain credential evaluation, pass any examination, obtain or maintain a license, receive a job offer, be hired, or obtain work authorization. Outcomes depend on your own effort and qualifications, third parties, examination boards, employers, and government authorities outside our control.
4. Work authorization & immigration
To begin the active pathway, you should already be authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor visas and do not provide immigration advice. Any immigration questions should be directed to a licensed immigration attorney. Where we mention working with immigration counsel, that does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us or our counsel.
5. Indiana license scope
A dental hygiene license obtained through Indiana's pathway is for practicing in Indiana. We make no representation that such a license permits practice in any other state.
6. Free services and optional paid coaching
Our core eligibility guidance, roadmap, and candidate matching are free to candidates. Coaching and preparation services are optional and separate. Purchasing coaching does not buy, guarantee, or improve access to a job, referral, or hire, and you are never required to pay us to be referred to an employer. Paid coaching is governed by a separate services agreement.
7. Employers
Placement services for hiring practices are governed by a separate written Placement Agreement, including fee terms. Employers are solely responsible for their own hiring decisions and for verifying each candidate's identity, work authorization (e.g., Form I-9), and licensure.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, accurate information.
- Complete your own applications and examinations and make your own decisions.
- Pay third-party fees (credential evaluation, exams, application, fingerprinting) directly to those providers.
- Use the Site lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
9. Payments & refunds
Fees for any paid services, and any refund terms, are described in the applicable services or placement agreement.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and our content, including coaching materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
11. Third-party services & links
The Site may reference or link to third parties (such as the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, exam boards, or payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

14. Indemnification

15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
